Starting a business is a battlefield without the smoke of gunpowder.
I am a "veteran" who has failed in two business ventures and lost $100,000. Today I want to share with you my failure experience and why I decided to embark on this road of no return again.

When I started my first business, I threw myself into the technology industry with passion, but neglected market research and user needs analysis.
As a result, although the product was good, it failed to attract enough users.
In my second attempt, I turned to the catering industry, but due to lack of management experience, serious problems with team collaboration, and a broken capital chain, I ultimately ended in failure.

After in-depth analysis of these two failures, I realized several key problems: first, the lack of in-depth understanding of the industry; second, mistakes in team building and fund management; and third, the lack of ability to flexibly adjust strategies.
In order to avoid repeating the same mistakes, I began to study relevant knowledge in depth, strengthen team building, and develop a more thorough fund management and risk control plan.

Although the road ahead is unknown, I decided to give myself a chance.
This time, I chose a field that I love and am familiar with - health technology.

In addition, I have assembled a diverse team whose members excel in different areas and can complement each other's shortcomings.
