According to Cointelegraph, Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon appeared in court in the United States on January 2, 2025 and pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Do Kwon filed his plea before U.S. District Judge Robert Lehrburger in the Southern District of New York.
The former crypto executive faces multiple charges of securities fraud, wire fraud, money laundering, and commodities fraud in connection with the 2022 collapse of the Terra ecosystem.
The hearing marks a milestone in Do Kwon’s legal case, which has taken several turns since 2023.
