I believe a rise in dominance (testing the wick) is possible with a Bitcoin rally, which wouldn't be so bad for altcoins. However, there are still more chances for a decline in dominance and a breakout of the triangle downwards. Then a bounce back and further immersion of dominance into the 50% range and below (in a staircase pattern).
