With Binance Launchpool, users can farm (earn) a new token for free with the cryptocurrencies they already own. The platform was created in 2020 during the rise of decentralized finance (DeFi).

Users can stake cryptocurrencies to improve their funds in liquidity pools and receive rewards in return. The process is known as yield farming. 

Launchpool allows you to combine the best practices of DeFi with the security and convenience of a cryptocurrency exchange like Binance. Users can farm new assets and can earn new rewards in return by staking BNB, BUSD, and other tokens at no cost.

HOW LAUNCHPOOL WORKS:

The user can earn the new token after thirty days. The first seven days are before the token is listed on Binance, at which point the user can immediately exchange all the tokens they have earned. 

These earned tokens will be distributed daily and at any time the user can add or remove tokens that they have subscribed to the qualified pools. In other words, people can accumulate new coins for free before and after they are listed on the exchange. 

Anyone who has an account on Binance can participate in Launchpool. The user can stake as many tokens as they want, but the minimum is 0.1, for example, 0.1 BNB to stake.
