The market has been bleeding for the past 2-3 weeks. Here is something you should know about what is happening:

Secondly, miners have sold more than 30k BTC in the past 30 days, and the average mining cost is 85k right now. We really need to hold the 63k area, which is the 21 WMA support. Another reason might be the outflows from BTC ETFs over the last 4-5 days.
The market will eventually heal. The U.S. market is up,BTC is next. Don't overtrade and try not to get liquidated.
Touch grass, just believe in yourself. The market will heal, and we will recover from our losses.
