Some common types include Decentralized Finance (called DeFi) apps that are used for lending, borrowing, and trading cryptocurrencies.
You can literally borrow/lend money on these DApps (Decentralized Applications) like you used to do in your local/traditional banks and even do more.
Examples of these are Jupiter Exchange on the Solana Blockchain, Pancakeswap on the Binance Chain and Uniswap on the Ethereum chain etc.
Another Web3 Application is the Decentralized Autonomous organizations (DAOs) for community governance.
This is majorly used to get general views or votes of a community of people supporting a web3 project. Butโฆ
Those participants must be HODLing the native token of that project to be able to participate in the voting process. Andโฆ
For participating in that DAO, you stand a chance to be rewarded by the project as well most times.
We also have other Web3 Apps like Decentralized social media platforms where you interact with other users and get rewarded in either the project token or others who partner with the social apps.
Examples of these web3 Social Apps include Phaver app, DSCVR, Farcaster, Orbs and more that reward their users for using their platforms.
These web3 social apps are exactly the same way you use your Web2 traditional apps like Twitter, LinkedIn or Facebook. Butโฆ
The main difference here is that, on Web3, you have:
- Total Control on your data - Self Privacy - Ability to own your content & monetize it. - And lots more...

How can you pump the market when the retest has not been completed and expect a full moon after break.
I was in the market yesterday, noticed there was no proper retest & a reason there was no volume after the breakout.
When people say Bitcoin or Crypto is volatile, what they should have said is; Bitcoin Traders are impatient to do a proper retest before pumping or shorting since Bitcoin controls almost the whole Crypto market.
If you experienced a dump today as seen in the market, don't be surprised because the market is yet to do a proper retest.
Hopefully it will on this ongoing dump and we can go for the full ride up ๐
Happy Trading fams.

I know Crypto is hard during these times but don't make it hard for yourself.
This is the time for you to buy if you still have Tether left.
The general market is on a discount for you. A month or two from now, you might not have this discount opportunity again.
So, buy now while you can. But...
DON'T GO ALL IN. Buy in stages, I mean use dollar cost averaging (DCA) method.
If you have $100, buy with $50 first, then $30, $20, $10 as the market goes down more.
Do the same if you have $500 or more... I hope you guys understood my point? Because...
The bull run is around the corner, don't be swept away by what you see in the market for now.
If you cannot withstand your portfolio gown down, freeze your wallet and go do other things and come back to it later next week or next month!
If you still can't withstand that, then probably Crypto is not for you but...
I know you can handle this, don't chicken out friend because...
You're almost at the verge of breaking through.
Just my cent of advice.
Let me know if this helps you. Gm fams.
PS: I made a lot of money in #Solana chain in the last bull run, much more will be made in the coming one. Keep your eye out on that ecosystem and don't fade.
PPS: This week is the last week for the #Satoshi Protocol campaign in partnership with Binance.

Let's start off with the brief history of Web3 nextโฆ
Bitcoin was introduced by a mysterious figure called Satoshi Nakamoto! That name is a fictitious name or let me say an undercover name used by the person or group of persons who created Bitcoin.
Below is the quick summary of what we know about him/them:
- In 2008, Satoshi released a paper called Bitcoin: (A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System) It outlined how Bitcoin would work.
- Satoshi stayed involved with Bitcoin for a few years. Making changes & talking to other developers, butโฆ He eventually stopped communicating with the Bitcoin community in 2011.
- Satoshi's identity is still unknown. Some people have claimed to be Satoshi, but there's no proof backing it up!
That would be a wrap on the short history of Bitcoin and who introduced it. Andโฆ
Tomorrow, we will look at what exactly Crypto/Web3 is all about.

People made millions of Dollars in Crypto especially on Solana and new Blockchains like Celestial and many moreโฆ
One of the greatest Airdrops that made me over a million naira is Jupiter Exchange with the native token ($JUP ).
The Airdrop came as a result of the interactions I've made on the Decentralized exchange few years back when they were new.
So, they rewarded their OGs known as early supporters. More Airdrops known as Jupuary still coming ahead.
This is just one of the easiest ways to make money in Crypto when you follow the right person in the space or join the right Crypto community where information is shared.
If you're looking for another source of income either as side hustle or full time, I've got you covered.
I started Crypto as a side-hustle 4 years ago but now into it FULL-TIME for some years back helping others get involved as well.
I've introduced over 1400 people into Crypto directly.

Below are 3 COMMON ways beginners get scammed that you should know for your own good:
1. Beginners get deceived by someone who sells Testnet token to them as real token (Test tokens are not real tokens, beware!)
2. Newbies meet someone online and decide to do OTC (Over The Counter) exchange without an ESCROW with the hope s/he has found a Crypto lord! (Never do OTC with a stranger without an ESCROW)
3. Newbies get a phishing email tricking them into clicking on fake links so they can connect their wallets and get their funds drained! (Confirm all giveaways or winning emails from their official social media platforms)
BONUS:
Newbies get contacted by a stranger and pretends to be a support of an exchange you just opened an account on or...
The personal banking system you just set up (let's say Trust Wallet) then this "Supposed Support" asks you to send your 12 Seed Phrases/Private Key so he could multiply your portfolio orโฆ
Help you solve a glitch or particular problem in your account! (Admin/Support of Exchanges/Wallets WON'T DM you first!)

I spent approximately a week on this project with full attention dedicated to it because....
I had won Binance Video Competition before, the video I made back then for my entry into the Binance Peer-To-Peer (P2P) competition in 2021 was part of the TOP 3 in the
world and then got $300 as a
reward for that efforts put
into teaching others
what I knew about
Binance then.
A reason I
decided
to do it
again
this
year!
So, this is one of the ways you can also make
money in Crypto doing what you love either
as a Beginner or Degen in this Crypto or Web3 space without trading assets.
Educating Beginners on Crypto is what I love
doing and entering competitions like this is
a BONUS to Creators like us who put in
the time to teach others what we
know and I think we should
thank Binance for their
thoughtful ideas and
also encourage
more events
like this in
our own
projects
too in
web3.
This will give more opportunities to people to
make money and have hope that they can
make money even while trying to do what
they love in the Crypto/Web3 space.
In what similar way have you made money in
Crypto without trading assets?

Imagine a bull ๐ charging ahead with strength and enthusiasm.
That's the spirit of a bull market in crypto! During the bull market, crypto prices do go up in value generally and investors are hopeful. This positive sentiment often attracts more buyers, leading to further crypto price increase.
Now, let's talk about the bear ๐ป season.
This is a hard time for investors whereby, hopes are down and prices do decline. This leads to a more cautious and, negative market sentiment where, investors might sell their holdings, and driving the market down.
In crypto investing, patience is what you need to avoid losses in both seasons.
Most times, the bull season follows the halving event which makes Bitcoin more rare since it gets reduced in supply and demand rises.
Note: Bitcoin halving event is expected to happen next year and you should prepare ahead for it. I had a great time watching the market mooning in the last bull run!
"Every investment comes with potential risks to lose money (Crypto inclusive), you only need to state your entry and exit plan and stick to it as an investor to secure your profits. Don't forget to buy the bear and sell the bull!" - Michael
Which of these two seasons did you join Crypto? Share it with me in the comment.

It was very tough,
It was super rough!
Under the sun and rain,
Marketing and convincing people to buy.
I loved it until Covid 19,
I quit and focused on online skills.
Learned Copywriting since I'm good at marketing.
I was so good at it,
I made a lot of money online!
I trained a lot of people and they were so good.
In 2020, I discovered Crypto and I aped into it.
I knew my future was going to be bright here.
It was the right investment vehicle I needed.
I immersed myself into Crypto and learned a lot.
I attended a few Masterclasses at the start.
Learned on my own to get the hang of it.
Here were the things I did when I started:
-Attended Zoom Masterclasses
-Researched the internet for content
-Read different eBooks to master concepts
-Practised T.A severally for mastery of skills
Achievements in just one year in Crypto:
โช๏ธMade my first Million
โช๏ธLearned to understand Airdrops
โช๏ธGot into DeFi and made passive income
โช๏ธUnderstood Testnets and how Blockchain works.
Hence I put it this way;
"The money you're looking for is in Crypto, you only need knowledge, patience and the right mentor to guide you through the woods to the city." - Michaelย Akerele

1๏ธโฃAirdrop: This is any FREE Crypto sent to your wallet address for performing certain tasks as a reward for promoting a new coin at presale or after listing.
2๏ธโฃFOMO: Means "Fear Of Missing Out". This is Jumping into the market when it's likely to be overbought, that's when the coin has shot up in price.
3๏ธโฃHODL: Means "Hold On for Dear Life". This says that even if there is a price decrease or increase, you don't sell but hold till you see large profits later and sell.
4๏ธโฃFUD: Means "Fear, Uncertainty, Doubts". People spread FUD, when they don't understand Cryptocurrency or they do that to cause panic for traders or holders to sell.
5๏ธโฃRekt: Means to get "wrecked". When you get rekt, this means you're liquidated or you're in huge loss and most times it's because of your lack of Crypto knowledge
6๏ธโฃWhales: Whales are the institutions or a person with BIG money enough to move a stable market upward or downward. They are also known as Market Makers with a lot of Bitcoins.
7๏ธโฃSAFU: It's a short term for "Funds Are Safe". This is a term used by the team of an asset's developers or exchanges to assure you of safety when investing or holding.
Here's a BONUS point for reading this far:
DYOR: Means "Do Your Own Research". This means that before trading or investing or taking financial advice from anyone find out for yourself if it's safe or not.
When I started Crypto, I was naive.. Just like every Beginner would be. It was during the bull ๐ run.
Everything was rozy! And guess what! Money was flowing everywhere!๐ If I put $10 in any coin, it would turn $100+!
In fact, I put $50 in some Solana projectsโฆ It turned out to be almost $2000. Butโฆ Nobody told me what was going on!
I didn't know there was something calledโฆ The BULL โฌ๏ธ and the BEAR โฌ๏ธ season.
We were just making money & enjoying life! All of a sudden, the bear market came. We thought it was going to be for a while but, NO! Everything was going down! The more we thought it would come up, the more it dipped!
And the bottom became the top! Because.. The dip was getting deeper & deeper fren!

Here's the lesson I would tell my new self: โ๏ธ Make money in Crypto and pull it out. โ๏ธ Invest the profits in PHYSICAL assets โ๏ธ Buy lands, buy houses & open more real businesses โ๏ธ Spend that money and enjoy your life. โ๏ธ ๏ธDo more of Charity and help others.
It is not yet your profits until you have taken it out and turn it into physical assets or use it for a good cause. - Mike Akerele
What I won't do as a Crypto Beginner: โ I won't listen to Influencers that Shill projects! โ I won't invest more than I can afford to lose โ I won't trade without using STOP LOSS! โ I will stick to SPOT trading as a beginner โ I won't do FUTURES Contracts till I master Spot Trading.
BONUS: โ๏ธ I will seek the mentorship of a Crypto expert who has been in the industry for a while and can guide me into it.
โ I won't go ahead to begin taking trades with my real money when I can do paper trading and trade with testing money which is not my real money.
Paper trading means you trading without your real money but with the same market simulation and features.
Which of these lessons would you not forget when you're starting your Crypto journey?
Or which other lessons can you add? Leave it for me in the comment for others to also learn from you.
Mentorship is the only easy path that can help save you from losing money as you learn from the guide & experiences of a Crypto mentor as a beginner - Get it. - Mike Akerele
PS: We're still in the bear season, and this gives you an opportunity to discover how Crypto is done and accumulate more Cryptos now so you can turn into Multi- Millionaires during the Bull season coming up ahead.

Heard someone used Metamask, Trust Wallet or Bitget to browse before orโฆ
Heard them use it to earn money from savings, farming, staking inside or through that wallet? Andโฆ
You don't really understand what's going on?
Okay here is it!
Remember, in yesterday's topic, I explained how Blockchain is the foundation to Crypto Or Web3 applications?
There are many different types of applications built on the Blockchain.
Examples of these applications are:
- Decentralized Finance (DeFi) - Decentralized Applications (dApps) - Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) - And many more.
Let's take a closer look at them below:
DeFi gives you an opportunity to make any financial transactions on the Blockchain with NO third party serving as a middle man like in our traditional banking sector.
Examples of transactions you can make on DeFi includes all activities that allow you put in your money in the form of savings or investments and get it back with profits or sometimes little losses (it's normal!)
DApps are applications that run on a decentralized network (Ethereum network).
Examples of DApps include any application you can run in any wallet like Metamask, Trust wallet or Bitget in form of a normal website.
And lastlyโฆ
NFTs are unique digital assets that can be bought, sold or traded on any marketplace like Opensea, Magic Eden, Blur, etc.
Examples of NFTs are anything real or physical assets that you can have its digital representation on the Blockchain like arts, lands, music, and many more.
