Consensys attorney Laura Brookover posted the SECโ€™s notification letter, stating, โ€œAfter more than a year, the Ethereum investigation is finally over with no charges against anyone.โ€

Despite this win, Consensys remains critical of the SEC's approach to crypto regulation and continues to push for clarity regarding MetaMask Swaps and Staking. ๐Ÿ’ช

"The closing of the Ethereum investigation is momentous, but itโ€™s not a cure-all for those who have suffered under the SECโ€™s aggressive crypto enforcement regime,โ€ Consensys added.
