You'll feel like a fool when you see the whole market pumping again to a point more higher than you even anticipated, you'll feel sad, depressed, wanting to revenge and you'll go on a streak of death faults that will blow up your portfolios.

Use that time to read, research, put up a trading plan, watch a movie, go out.. just set your alarms and leave everything and have a break to come back with a clearer mindset.
