Bitcoin should either rise slowly, move sideways, or pull back slightly and its dominance should decrease. I believe we are at this stage, or the time has come for it. Ethereum and altcoins need to rise, opening the floodgates for new investors to enter the market.
After that, Ethereum and Bitcoin should start moving in correlation.
