Network3 officially opens N3C token exchange channel for hashrate testnet

The official will match GPU owners and <N3C> token holders for staking pairing, so as to participate in the computing power test network mining. In the future, the test network <N3C> tokens can be exchanged for the <mainnet> tokens <N3> at a 1:1 ratio.
