The top five networks by TVL are as follows: Arbitrum One with $18.5 billion, experiencing a 5.61% decline; Base with $13.94 billion, showing a 4.72% increase; OP Mainnet with $7.28 billion, down by 2.88%; Blast with $1.15 billion, decreasing by 9.28%; and ZKsync Era with $1.15 billion, which saw a 0.43% rise.
