Crypto venture capital firm DWF Labs has unveiled intentions to shift its headquarters from Singapore to Abu Dhabi. In a post by Co-founder Andrei Grachev on X (formerly Twitter) on December 2, the firm intends to expand its foot in the Middle East. However, the intensifying growth of the regional firms with the crypto and capital markets has attracted several global firms, including DWF Labs.

This statement from Grachev stressed the company’s strategic direction for expanding its operation in the Middle East, specifically in the real-world asset (RWA) and Financial Services. Although the physical relocation of the company was not disclosed, Grachev hinted that there would be more information regarding the same in the future. This strategic shift will place Abu Dhabi as the central hub of the firm to support its current location in Dubai.
DWF Labs’ Global Operations and Partnerships
Founded in 2022, DWF Labs operates in many of the world’s global financial hubs. In addition to the administrative office in Abu Dhabi. Currently under construction, the firm also has operational offices in Dubai, Switzerland, South Korea, Hong Kong, and the British Virgin Islands. Its investments primarily target companies in the web3 and cryptocurrency sectors.
DWF Labs has actively fostered strategic collaborations to advance its mission. In September, it partnered with GraFun, a meme coin launchpad operating on the BNB Chain, to enhance token liquidity and promote transparent trading. The firm partnered with Australian celebrity Iggy Azalea to support the Solana-based meme coin MOTHER.
