The charity is known for its partnership with The Giving Block, which allows non-profit organizations to receive cryptocurrency donations. Make-A-Wish International has been accepting donations in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDC for the past three years, and these donations have helped them expand their services to three new countries.
While charities have been hesitant to accept cryptocurrency donations in the past due to risks such as volatility and potential fraud, more organizations like Make-A-Wish International are now embracing this form of giving.
