According to Bloomberg, FTX has filed a lawsuit against Binance and its former CEO Zhao Changpeng, seeking to recover approximately $1.8 billion in funds.

> FTX alleges that the funds were fraudulently transferred by SBF in July 2021, Binance and CZ obtained the funds by selling part of their shares in FTX and the US division (approximately 20% and 18.4%).
