All betting sites now have Trump’s odds between 90-99%. As it stands, Trump has given his victory speech.
On-chain data from Polymarket shows that the $3.6 billion “Presidential Election Winner 2024” bet has turned to 99% odds of Trump being POTUS, but bettors have not yet cashed out their wins. The betting platform has added a notice stating that the market resolves when the Associated Press, Fox, and NBC all call the election for the same candidate.
If that does not happen, the market will remain open until inauguration and resolve to whoever gets inaugurated. Meanwhile, the $602 million “Popular Vote Winner 2024” has gone to Trump, making him the first Republican to win a popular vote, according to FOX. Trump has also won all key states in this election and additional bets are now being placed following the election win, predicting the future of the American economy under Trump’s leadership.
