BlockBeats News, November 6th, according to CCTV News, Jeff Fleming, a spokesman for the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, stated that the city will "very cautiously" recount about 30,000 absentee ballots by tabulating machine after confirming that a door on the tabulating machine was not correctly closed.

Fleming said all tabulating machines have been reset to zero, and the ballots will be run back through the machines. He stated that this may add a few hours to the counting process. Fleming mentioned that the machine issue was due to human error, and "we do not believe they have been tampered with in any way."
