#BTC Bitcoin's price has been influenced by a variety of factors, including media attention, regulatory changes, and sentiment. 💥
Bitcoin was first introduced in 2009 and for the first few years, it had a relatively low value.
⚡In 2011, it reached parity with the US dollar for the first time, but then quickly fell back down.
⚡In 2013, the price of Bitcoin began to climb rapidly, reaching an all-time high of around $1,200 in December of that year. However, it then experienced a steep crash and fell back down to below $200 in 2015.
⚡In 2017, Bitcoin began another rapid ascent, reaching an all-time high of nearly $20,000 in December of that year. However, it once again experienced a sharp correction and fell back down to around $3,000 by the end of 2018.
Since then, Bitcoin's price has continued to be volatile, with fluctuations ranging from around $5,000 to $60,000.
During the latest "crypto winter", Bitcoin dropped below $20,000 by the end of 2022.
This year, Bitcoin reached $30,000 again in April 2023.
