According to Foresight News, the Vietnamese government has released its 'National Blockchain Strategy,' outlining the application and development of blockchain technology by 2025 and projecting goals for 2030. The strategy aims to establish 20 reputable blockchain brands in platforms, products, and services within the region. Additionally, it plans to maintain at least three blockchain testing centers or special zones in major cities, forming a nationwide network. The strategy also aspires to have representatives among the top 10 blockchain training and research institutions in Asia.

The document reveals that, in addition to various ministries and branches, the Vietnam Blockchain Association, along with professional associations and unions, has been designated to lead several initiatives. These include developing blockchain platforms made in Vietnam and establishing mechanisms for the operation, development, interaction, and interconnection between various blockchain networks running on Vietnam's blockchain infrastructure. Furthermore, the strategy aims to gather Vietnamese digital technology enterprises to co-build blockchain platforms, promote information sharing, and enhance competitiveness with foreign enterprises.
