Bitcoin recently surged above $69000, putting 94% of BTC holders in profit! However, you should keep on mind that this high percentage often leads to some selling and thus cause a price dip! In fact, if we watch at the past patterns, when large portion of the Bitcoin supply was on profit, then a correction occurred. Also, Bitcoin is facing a very strong resistance at the $69000 level, making it hard to move higher!
In my opinion, I see the recent pullback healthy! There are still many short positions open yet, however I urge you to be extremely cautious because a break above $67800 could trigger billions in liquidation (est. $1.6 billion). If that happens, I expect to see Bitcoin to break the 69 resistance! Growing investments in U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs might could help on that!
