US Bankruptcy Court Judge John Dorsey has approved FTXâs debt repayment plan.
FTXâs plan will pay customers at least 118% of the value of their accounts (in USD) as of November 2022 (when the company filed for bankruptcy).
The agreements allow FTX to use its assets to repay crypto exchange customers, before paying claims from government regulators.
