Brazil’s Supreme Court Minister Alexander de Mourais has issued a decision to pay the X platform a final fine before allowing the Elon Musk-owned social network to return to work in Brazil, according to CNBC.

⭕️ The nationwide platform was suspended at the end of August/April, a decision was made by a group of judges on September 2nd. Earlier this month, X filed papers informing Brazil’s Supreme Court that it is “now committed to orders it had previously ignored.”

⭕️ Musk has previously ignored court orders to remove certain accounts in Brazil, described the court proceedings as "censorship", and attacked Judge De Mourais online and called him a criminal, and urged the United States to stop foreign aid to Brazil.

⭕️ "X" must now pay a new fine of 10 million Brazilian riyals (about 1 million dollars) for two more days of non-compliance with court orders. The legal spokesman for the platform "X" in Brazil is also obliged to pay a fine of 300 thousand Brazilian riyals.
