$VET is breaking out after holding our support area for a wave 2 between $0.02387-$0.02207. I expect a rally in wave 3 targets lie at the fib level 1.618 at $0.03170. This breakout move also needs to break resistance at $0.025 and $0.027.
In case this rally fails and we see a breakdown move watch for support $0.02081. On loosing this support area then watch out for a massive bleed out to $0.01897 and below.
