The real deadline/ expectation date for the BlackRock #Bitcoin  spot ETF is in the coming 60-90 days.

Here is why:

They haven't appealed Grayscale's win, meaning they have no basis to reject ANY Bitcoin Spot ETF.

The final deadline for the initial application from ARK is set for January 10, 2024.

If the SEC were to approve any ETF, it's likely they would approve all of them simultaneously. They wouldn't just accept BlackRock's and deny the others.

Therefore, I expect the first BTC spot ETF to be introduced before January 10, 2024, and most likely even earlier. #bitcoin #etf
