In addition to the unemployment data, the U.S. Producer Price Index (PPI) for November showed a year-over-year increase of 3%. This rise exceeded the expected 2.6% and marks an upward revision from the prior value of 2.4%. Monthly, the PPI rose by 0.4% in November, again surpassing the forecasted 0.2% increase. The previous month's figure was adjusted from 0.2% to 0.3%.
