Four men abducted a 29-year-old foreigner from his residence in the Solomensky district, taking him to an abandoned building. There, they forced him to transfer bitcoins valued at approximately 7 million hryvnia (over $170,000) to their crypto wallet before strangling him.

The perpetrators then transported his body to a forest and buried it. This heinous crime appears to have been meticulously planned, motivated by the significant value of the bitcoins involved.
