The mind is your interface with reality.

Any information about reality and the surrounding world enters your mind and then passes through a filtering system: beliefs, thoughts, inner world, and perception of reality.

Along with the mind, you have a brain, which is essentially the powerhouse driving the system.

It's the hardware that processes information, a powerful computer running the software, which is your mind.

At the top of the mind is consciousness, which is essentially the user itself. Consciousness is the person managing the user interface/software (the mind) with all the buttons and keys you can use to control the brain that runs the body.

Essentially, the hierarchy looks like this:

Consciousness -> Mind -> Brain -> Body

The most interesting thing here is that you can't directly control the brain or the body.

You can only control them indirectly. If I ask you to raise your hand, you can't just "do" it.

Think about it. "You" don't "raise your hand."

You send the "command" to raise your hand. You send this command to the brain, the brain triggers the motor neurons corresponding to this command, and the hand raises. You don't raise the hand. The body raises it.

The idea here is that you can only control your reactions/commands to reality. Not so much their execution, but the thinking and decision-making mechanisms behind them.

This may seem strange because it contradicts most common knowledge about the brain and body.

The truth is, if you really take the time to think about it, you'll notice that "you" don't move your hand at all.

You simply give a command to the system, which in turn moves the hand.

Then, in response to the hand's movement, a signal is sent to the brain, informing you that you created an action in your reality.

In reality, "you" didn't move or do anything, only the body controlled by the system did.

How can you use this to your advantage?

Once you grasp this topic and the idea, which may be completely new to you, you can use this knowledge.

The sharper your mind becomes, the broader your consciousness expands, the higher the quality of your life becomes.

The more you realize what the highest point of limitation in your reality is, the easier it will be for you to take action and change outcomes.

If the mind is distracted, you can't focus. If the mind is lazy, the body doesn't move. If the mind is sad, you won't feel happy.

You will become more effective, focused, energetic, and achieve your goals faster.

The mind and consciousness are the keys to success. Everything starts with them, and only by mastering them can you grow further.
