1🔸 Global Liquidity
▶️ #Altcoins are perfectly mimicking the global liquidity index.
▶️ Both of them have bottomed out, and now they're in reversal mode.
▶️ Imagine selling risk-on assets when liquidity is rising and fiat is collapsing.
2🔸BTC dominance
▶️ BTC dominance peaked in March 2024.
▶️ Despite the BTC correction, $BTC dominance is going lower.
This indicates 👇
- We're still in a bull run.
- The majority of alts are holding stronger than BTC.
3🔸Alt dominance macro bottom
▶️ Every time Altcoin dominance retested this trendline, an #Altseason has started.
▶️ This happened in 2019, 2020, and 2023, and something similar has just happened.
▶️ This is an indication that most alts have bottomed, and now the next move is towards the upside.
4🔸Altseason Index
▶️ The Altseason Index is currently at 31, which means we're still in #Bitcoin season.
▶️ It bottomed out in June, and since then it's been going up.
▶️ Interestingly, the big crash happened in July, but the Altseason Index is still higher than June, which shows Alts strength.
▶️ With ETH ETF trading starting within a week, alts could continue to show positive momentum.
Conclusion
▶️ Right now, there are no big narratives for an Altseason, but it'll come.
▶️ #ETH ETF approval, multiple ETF applications of other alts, global liquidity rise, rate cuts, and a pro-crypto president will be the big narratives that will push alts parabolic.
▶️ Till then, I'm patiently accumulating, as big things will come for sure.
