Astria raises $12.5M in a Strategic funding round
#Astria secures $12.5M in a Strategic funding round co-led by Placeholder Ventures and DBA with participation from 1kx, Maven 11 Capital, RockawayX, Figment Capital, and angel investors. Astria will use raised funds to continue building the Astria Sequencing Layer and Astria Stack to enable anyone to deploy a permissionless rollup without relying on a centralized sequencer.
Astria is a modular blockchain that allows individuals to deploy their censorship-resistant rollup without relying on a centralized sequencer. Previously, it raised $5.5M in a Seed funding round from Delphi Ventures, 1kx, Lemniscap, and others.
