For ARDR, BSW, FLM, LTO, NKN, PDA, PERP, VIB, VOXEL, and WING, Binance extends the Monitoring Tag.
Recent reviews guided the crypto exchange's most recent choice.
After previous assessments, Binance decided today, April 3, to remove the Seed Tag for three digital assets and extend its Monitoring Tag for ten tokens.
Tokens On the Monitoring Tag List
Binance increased its Monitoring Tag list to the following tokens:
Ardor (ARDR) is a parent-child chain architectural multichain blockchain platform.
Biswap (BSW) on BNB: DEX for BEP-20 tokens
Based on the Poly Network interoperability protocol and the Neo blockchain, Flamingo (FLM) is a DeFi platform
LTO Network (LTO), An L1 with privacy consciousness for RWA, data security, and ID solutions
NKN, or a network focused on developing a distributed, open-source network protocol for public blockchain-based P2P systems
Developed a Web3 environment for consumers using the PlayDapp Mainnet as its fundamental infrastructure, PlayDapp (PDA)
PERP, or perpetual protocol, is a DEX for ETH and xDAI futures.
Viberate (VIB) is a crowdsourced live music ecosystem tool meant to link event planners, performers, and fans.
VOXEL, a Free-to- Play 3D RPG game,
Wing Finance (WING) is a credit-based distributed system for crypto lending and cross-chain communication between DeFi initiatives.
Being actively watched and in danger for delisting, tokens with a Monitoring Tag show more volatility and hazards than others projects.
Since Binance made its statement, all 10 coins had significant price declines today.
For example, BSW's price decreased by more than 28% after the announcement by the crypto exchange that it will apply the Monitoring Tag to the project, therefore indicating its danger of being delisted.
While the other assets also suffered, LTO price plummeted by approximately 37%, NKN's price decreased by 26%.
Binance deleted the Seed Tag from three tokens as well.
Tokens with a removed seed tag
Three digital items had their Seed Tag deleted here:
Jupiter (JUP) — a swap aggregation engine providing Solana with the liquidity infrastructure
Operating as an L2 over Ethereum, Starknet (STRK) is a permissionless decentralized Validity-Rolldown.
L1 blockchain distributed using toncoin (TON)
Newer projects with more volatility than other digital assets are subject to the Seed Tag by Binance. Should the trade remove the Seed Tag from these tokens, it deems them as less dangerous based on following evaluations.
In its official statement, Binance said it would keep doing regular project evaluations to determine if the Monitoring Tag and Seed Tag need to be included or removed from the tokens.
Main Binance Review Criteria
Important standards guiding the reviews consist of the following:
The dedication of the crew toward the project
Development activity level and quality
Volume of trading and project liquidity
Safety and stability of the network resisting invasions
Public communication degree, community involvement, openness
responsive to regular due diligence of the trade
Proof of immoral behavior or dishonesty
new legal obligations
Material or unwarranted token supply rise
Variations in tokenomics
Effect of ownership of the projects or the central team members' changes
Community attitudes
