You need to complete KYC verification in line with AML/CTF laws before you can deposit into your Binance account. This requires you to verify your Australian Driver's Licence, Australian Passport, or Foreign Passport with valid Visa. You will find troubleshooting tips regarding each form of ID below.
Driver’s Licence
Enter the following licence details:
- First Name ①
- Middle Name ②
- Last Name ③
- Date of Birth (DOB) ④
- Licence Number ⑤
- Registration State
If you have:
- no first name or last name on your licence, enter a hyphen (-) to the respective field
- a single name on your licence (either your first or last name), enter it in the [Last Name] field.
Please note that your licence cannot be verified if it has been cancelled, refused, or is no longer active.

Enter the following passport details:
- First Name ①
- Last Name ②
- Date of Birth (DOB) ③
- Passport Expiry Date ④
- Passport Number ⑤
If you have:
- two given names on your passport, enter both in the [First Name] field.
- only a single name on your passport, enter the name in the [Last Name] field and enter a hyphen (-) in the [First Name] field.
- For Australian Passport, the Middle Name should be included.

You can use your Australian Visa to set up your Binance Australia account if you’re a permanent or temporary resident of Australia.
Enter the following passport details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Visa Country
- Document Number
If you have:
- two given names on your passport, enter both in the [First Name] field
- only a single name on your passport, enter the name in the [Last Name] field and enter a hyphen (-) in the [First Name] field.
