Competing Claims Filed for Bankman-Fried's Forfeited Assets in FTX Bankruptcy!
Three groups have filed claims over assets seized from Sam Bankman-Fried following his criminal conviction.
The FTX debtors' estate argues that the assets, including funds in bank accounts and political contributions, were not his to forfeit, as they were held in the name of FTX entities or funded by FTX assets.
They believe granting their claim will benefit all creditors and stakeholders, including victims of Bankman-Fried's crimes.
