“Six months after the assets were stolen, Orbit Chain hackers took action: Recently, hackers transferred 4,000 #ETH to a new address and then laundered these ETH through Tornado Cash.

Orbit Chain was hacked on January 1, and $81.5 million worth of assets (stablecoins, WBTC, and ETH) were stolen at that time. The hackers then exchanged some of the stablecoins and WBTC for 17,250 ETH averaging $2,301.

Apart from the initial transfers, in the last 10 hours Orbit Chain hackers laundered 12,932 ETH ($47.58 million) through Tornado Cash.

"The hacker's address currently contains 13,821 ETH ($50.86 million) and 20 million DAI."

In addition, hackers converted most of the stolen assets into Ethereum and ETH has increased significantly since the beginning of the year, causing the value of 26,750 ETH to increase significantly (an average of $ 37 million).
