Look at the market from this perspective too, without going into too much detail. For instance, let's assume we open a 3x leveraged position in a coin other than Bitcoin and Ethereum that has risen slightly and continued to move sideways for a long time. Let's take a look at our liquidation level, or see where the liquidation level would be if we entered with 4x leverage. Those areas could be excellent buying locations, and buy orders could be placed there. In markets that have been moving sideways for a long time, liquidations accumulate at the bottoms, and when they become plentiful, sharp spikes are inevitable. Not always, of course, but these areas are invaluable opportunities for long-term investors and those with substantial capital. Unfortunately, this is not always the case, as no one can predict what will happen. However, the fact that no one can predict it is actually good because it creates opportunities here.
