My friend from almost 30 years. He was the very first to push me into this.
He was always that one guy that was good in everything at school (everything but sports, but he got pretty good later).
Good at math more than anything, we always had a great relationship, a friendship that survives to this day, even living in different countries.
MY FIRST COINS
After talking at lenght about crypto, he showed my how he started and said something that i'll never forget. "Start with something you are willing to lose".
On top of that, helped me setting my first wallet, how it works, differences between wallets, etc. and, after all that he transfered $25 USDT to my first wallet.
I have to be honest. For the first 48/72 hours, I couldn't resist opening my wallet over and over again. And got worst. Because I bought BTC with those 25 usdt.
From that moment on, I had Bitcoin!. Now, I was checking my wallet every 5 minutes.
From that moment on, the learning process began.
Yesterday I had 25 USD in BTC. Today, I've 24+. What happend?
That was the moment I started to read, to watch the behaviour of BTC and, from there, the movement of other coins.
BUILDING MY PORTFOLIO
Yes, still starting with 25 usdt.
But then, BTC price went up enough for me to divide my money. So, a portion of those coins went to a different one. XRP. That was my second coin.
I really cant remember my third, but it was the starting point of my portfolio. Not dust, but close.
I didn't care. I felt that I had a portfolio of coins and I was able to follow closely their movements on a daily basis.
The learning process was huge. I now, I confirm that. This "dust" that I considered my portfolio, it was my education portfolio, for sure.
A lot happened in the following years. Then, #Binance . The rest is history.
