Garlinghouse was addressing a litany of regulatory actions the SEC has taken against crypto companies, and the much-delayed approval of spot bitcoin ETFs by the regulator.
The Ripple CEO said that what Gensler was doing, including suing companies like his and pushing back on crypto ETFs, was the "definition of insanity."
