The infrastructure for Aragon, an open-source platform for creating decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), is now accessible on the #Polygon network.

Last month, #Aragon unveiled a new toolkit for creating DAOs that consists of the modular Aragon OSx protocol and Aragon App.

The collaboration between Aragon and Polygon Labs will give consumers a cheap and simple way to build and maintain DAOs. Through the cooperation, users will be able to quickly and securely build DAOs for as little as 50 cents.

Additionally, the lack of coding knowledge needed lowers technological barriers and makes it easier for people to develop essential #DAO features like making proposals, voting on governance, and onboarding new community members.

Sandeep Nailwal, a co-founder of Polygon Labs, said that the partnership would further the adoption of #blockchain technology.

As a result of the agreement, users can use the codebase of Aragon and the layer-2 blockchain of Polygon to swiftly establish DAOs without having any technical knowledge. The advantages of releasing this new toolset on Polygon are several.

With cheaper and speedier transactions than Ethereum, Polygon, which describes itself as an interoperability and scalability framework for creating Ethereum-compatible blockchains, enables anyone worldwide to participate in the process at a minimal cost.

Because of its scalability, it has become an essential foundation for scaling blockchain protocols that deal with a large volume of transactions.

The open-source, zero-knowledge rollup #zkEVM Ethereum scaling technology, which is comparable to the Ethereum Virtual Machine, was previously uploaded by Polygon to the mainnet. Throughput for smart contract implementations is increased and transaction costs are reduced because to the solution's ability to batch thousands of transactions off-chain.
