According to Foresight News, Paradigm has recently launched the REVM compiler Revmc. The company has also released a high-performance roadmap for Reth, advocating for the wider use of 'Gas per second' as a performance metric for EVM blockchains. Paradigm has detailed plans to expand blockchain to 1 GB per second and above, which is a 1000-fold improvement over the current state of Ethereum.

Paradigm plans to open-source Revmc, a compiler used to reduce EVM bytecode to native code. This has demonstrated improvements ranging from 1.85 times to 19 times in various practical EVM benchmark tests. Revmc has also been integrated into Reth and has successfully synchronized the chain. Moving forward, Revmc will be integrated into OP Reth for L2 use, where its improvements will come into play in compute-intensive workloads.
