🚨 TOKEN MINT ALERT 🚨 3,000,000,000 REEF were minted on Reef Chain at 3:03 UTC. These are being allocated exclusively to manual token swaps with two centralized exchanges. At least 2 billion of the REEF being received from centralized exchanges will be burnt promptly. When manual swaps with CEXs are completed, we will make additional announcements. Any burn transactions will be posted publicly once swaps are fully completed, along with the name of the exchange involved.

🪸 LAST WEEK AT REEF 🪸 Friday, May 9, 2025 - Received a proposal from a top blockchain development company focused on upgrading Reef Chain - Reviewed a proposal from a marketing firm that focuses on a specific crypto-only platform - Paid a $2000 exchange integration fee - Received ~63M REEF-ETH back from a CEX; moving forward with re-opening REEF trading - Received the sponsorship deck from a football (soccer) team in APAC - Opened discussions with a European football (soccer) team about sponsorship - Had a meeting with a market-making firm - Met with a representative from a blockchain data indexing platform - Had a wonderful discussion with one of the founders of a proof of attendance protocol about expanding to Reef Chain - Caught up with the founder of a game marketing and tournament platform about accelerating growth for games and attracting existing game developers to Reef Chain - Met with an agency that offers marketing consulting, investments, KOL management, etc. - Met with the Vice Chairman of a football club about sponsoring the team; received enough internal support to move forward - Decided to move forward with new marketing agency, multi-month deal - Evaluating multiple marketing engagements with centralized exchanges - Hired a developer to build an Octobot plugin for Hotcoin - Made decision to move forward with football team sponsorship - Paid a $20000 exchange integration fee - Evaluating full proposal from media incubator - Confirmed date to re-open $REEF deposits, withdrawals and market on an exchange - Working on date for re-opening deposits, withdrawals and market on another exchange - Signed agreement with football team; more news to come in June 🪸 ⚽️ 🥅 🪸
