The court rejected the US SEC's request to sanction Elon Musk over the X acquisition deal.

The judge said there was no need to sanction him since he already agreed to reimburse the SEC lawyers he stood up.

Alongside Musk, US-president Donald Trump also had a good day in court on Friday as his sentencing hearing was delayed indefinitely.
