Blockchain data company Arkham Intelligence Inc., backed by investors including OpenAl founder Sam Altman, plans to launch a crypto derivatives exchange next month, according to a person familiar with the matter. The startup is moving its operations from London and New York to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, where the new exchange is expected to be based, the person said, speaking on condition of anonymity.
