According to Odaily, the Drift Foundation has announced the launch of the GAS Ecosystem Program, aimed at promoting the development of the Drift ecosystem. The program is organized around three core pillars: Grants, Attention, and Support. These pillars are designed to support existing builders in developing the Drift ecosystem and to enhance Drift's core products.
The Grants pillar builds on the success of the V1 Grants program with two key initiatives: ecosystem incentive support utilizing Fuel and a Focused Request For Grants (RFG) program. These initiatives aim to provide targeted financial support to projects that contribute to the Drift ecosystem's growth and innovation.
The Attention pillar leverages existing distribution channels to draw attention to ecosystem projects. This includes joint marketing campaigns, enhanced announcement dissemination, and general visibility for ecosystem teams. By increasing the visibility of these projects, Drift aims to attract more interest and participation in its ecosystem.
The Support pillar involves proactive assistance to ecosystem teams in various possible ways. This includes providing resources, guidance, and other forms of support to help these teams succeed. The overall goal of the GAS program is to support teams building on Drift. By helping existing partners achieve success, GAS hopes to attract more builders and further develop the ecosystem.
