Aptos launches new consensus protocol Raptr
Odaily reports that Aptos Labs research director Alexander Spiegelman has announced the launch of Aptos' new BFT consensus mechanism protocol, Raptr. Raptr combines key DAG (Directed Acyclic Graph) technology to unlock high throughput, while retaining optimal theoretical latency. Alexander stated that the team will deploy Raptr in two phases, with the first phase launching soon.
