According to Foresight News, Solana's lending protocol Kamino Lend is set to release its V2 version in the fourth quarter of this year. The new version will feature a modular market layer to support a wide range of assets. Additionally, the new Vault Layer will introduce automated single-asset lending, combining market liquidity to offer risk-optimized returns.
Kamino V2 will also incorporate an oracle mechanism within its liquidation engine to protect users from unnecessary liquidations. This mechanism will work alongside liquidation auctions to reduce penalties. The lending model will offer options for isolated or mixed modes, providing flexibility for users.
Furthermore, the V2 version will introduce automated unstaking and spot leverage functions through its Multiply feature, enhancing the overall user experience and functionality of the protocol.
