• Hamster Kombat’s token listing may be canceled, as per Alex from Simple (SMPL).

  • The game “has been derailed by internal conflict,” according to Alex.

  • An outlet reported an internal conflict within the game after a dispute with investor AD.RU.

Over 300 million crypto enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the token generation event (TGE) and listing of HMSTR, the native token of the Telegram-based clicker game Hamster Kombat. However, there have been no major updates from the game’s creators, causing concern.

Alex, the admin for the Telegram channel of another crypto project, Simple (SMPL), has raised serious allegations. He claims the HMSTR token listing might be canceled, stating the viral game “has been derailed by internal conflict” and the project “appears to be a scam—with broken promises, leadership deceit, and stolen investments.” Alex further alleges that Hamster Kombat’s founder, Eduard Gurinovich, has reneged on the 18.6% profit share promised to players.

These are serious accusations considering the project boasts more users than the population of the United States. However, a YouTube video by CryptoWorld suggests Alex could be using Hamster Kombat’s massive attention to promote his own project and token, SMPL.

CryptoWorld points out that Hamster Kombat generated significant hype through influencers and crypto CEOs. They warn that if the project doesn’t deliver soon, the hype will fade, and crypto enthusiasts may start believing the scam allegations. While there’s no concrete proof yet that the game is a scam, CryptoWorld considers Alex’s Telegram post a “wake-up call” for Hamster Kombat.

Some X users believe that if Hamster Kombat wants to prove its legitimacy, it should proceed with the HMSTR token listing. Meanwhile, media outlet Lenta.ru recently reported internal conflict within the game following a dispute with investor AD.RU. The report also claims the game is unwilling to share profits despite AD.RU’s contribution to its development. The article, however, was removed after a day.
