☕️ Bowl with Handle pattern
This is a graphical pattern, which consists of two parts:
- Bowl - it is a semicircle resembling a bowl, occurs as a result of a local correction and subsequent return to the trend.
- Handle - essentially representing the pattern "flag", where consolidation occurs before the resistance level.
Entry points:
- Aggressive way - entry itself in the breakdown of the level, and the stop loss is taken out behind the minimum of the candle breaking the level.
- Conservative method - when the price confirms the broken resistance as support, on the rebound. Stop loss is taken out behind the minimum of the pullback.
