Azur Games and Pixelverse partner to create advanced Telegram mini-games with new features.
Pixelverse and Azur’s extensive game portfolio aims to boost Web3 gaming.
Partnership expected to bridge traditional and Web3 gaming, enhancing user experiences.
Azur Games and Pixelverse have announced a strategic integration to revolutionise the landscape of Telegram mini-games. The cooperation will see Azur Games, renowned for its high-performing games across various genres, integrate its expertise with Pixelverse’s innovative platform to create a new mobile game featuring Pixelverse characters.
The partnership between Azur Games and Pixelverse aims to develop Telegram mini-games with advanced gameplay features. The Pixelverse platform, known for its Telegram-based cyberpunk game, boasts 75 million players and over 14 million social media followers. This collaboration is expected to enhance users’ gaming experience by incorporating new and innovative features.
Azur Games plans to leverage this partnership to attract mainstream users to Web3 gaming. The company is recognized for its extensive portfolio, which includes games ranging from mid-core PVP to hypercasual genres. Through the alliance with Pixelverse, Azur Games hopes to bring millions of new players to the Web3 gaming space, utilizing the strengths of both companies.
Kori Leon, Co-Founder and COO of Pixelverse highlighted the increasing popularity of Telegram mini-games, especially clicker games. Leon mentioned that PixelTap, a popular clicker game on the platform, introduced an enhanced version featuring real-time PVP battles. Pixelverse aims to diversify its game library within Telegram, moving beyond clicker games to offer more engaging and sustainable gameplay experiences.
Pixelverse has made significant progress, including completing the listing of its $PIXFI token and raising $7.5 million in fundraising money from well-known big investors. PixelTap’s achievement was a sign of the platform’s expansion in June. Such a partnership with Azur Games should also help Pixelverse increase its popularity and improve the given game products.
Azur Games’ entry into the mini-games sector of Telegram is considered by many as its attempt to tap the web3 market. During 2023, Azur Games reached over 8 billion app downloads, becoming the number one mobile game publisher in the world by the number of downloads with 250 million MAUs.
