Worldcoin's $WLD token price surged by 141% in a week as its wallet app, World App, surpassed 1 million daily users. Co-founded by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, the project aims to introduce a Universal Basic Income (UBI) through its digital identity verification system, which rewards users with WLD tokens for scanning their irises. Despite its growth, the project faces privacy concerns and regulatory scrutiny, notably in Hong Kong and India. 
Bitcoin Network Faced Downturn in Transactions and Fees as Halving Approaches 
The #Bitcoin‬ network has experienced a significant decline in daily transactions since Jan. 28, 2024, dropping from over 600,000 to under 300,000, alongside a decrease in Ordinal inscriptions. This reduction has eased congestion and lowered on-chain fees. Data from Feb. 17 shows a marked decline in transaction volume and Ordinal activity, leading to reduced miner fees from previous highs. Despite the downturn, miners earned over $816 million in February, adjusting to a new economic norm as the network approaches its fourth halving event.

Uniswap v4 to Launch in Q3 Following Ethereum’s Dencun Upgrade
The Uniswap Foundation has announced the upcoming launch of #UniswapV4 following Ethereum's Dencun upgrade. Currently, in a "Code Freeze" phase, the foundation is focusing on core code completion, testing, and security enhancements, aiming to make v4 the "most rigorously audited code on Ethereum." 
Uniswap v4 will be deployed to the testnet for final adjustments before its planned mainnet launch in Q3 2024, contingent on the successful implementation of the Dencun upgrade on Ethereum. This upgrade, featuring improvements like proto-dank sharding to reduce transaction fees, has successfully passed tests on various Ethereum testnets, with a mainnet launch scheduled for March 13, 2024.
FixedFloat Faces a $26 Million Exploit in Bitcoin and Ether
The decentralized crypto exchange FixedFloat experienced a significant security breach, resulting in the theft of at least $26 million in Bitcoin and Ether, as confirmed by on-chain data and the exchange team. The attack, which led to over 400 Bitcoin and 1,700 Ether being drained on Feb. 18, was initially downplayed as "minor technical problems" by the team. 
FixedFloat, known for its no-registration and no-KYC policy, has temporarily shut down its services for investigation and security enhancements. The incident highlights the ongoing challenges of on-chain cybersecurity amid rising concerns over crypto-targeted ransomware and scam-as-a-service marketplaces.
Bitcoin Market Analysis

Bitcoin has been on a bullish trend for the past 30 days, gaining about 27%. Last week, it broke past a significant resistance at the 0.236 Fibonacci retracement level, establishing short-term stability above the $50K mark. The Bollinger Bands are contracting, suggesting potential short-term price consolidation. The RSI, at 58.64, is in a rising channel, hinting at a possible breakout into the overbought territory, which could lead to price corrections. Bitcoin's next resistance targets can be $53K and $55K, with support levels at $50K and $48K.
