E.g - you deposit 1 ETH into ANKR, you’ll receive ankrETH which continues to earn the staking rewards from staking ETH whilst you have the liquidity in the form of the LST (ankrETH).
LRT = Liquid staking token - This is basically the same as LSTs but, in the majority of cases, they’ve restaked your ETH with #EigenLayer
TL;DR = LRT = double staked (kinda) = more rewards.
