Indian diversified gaming and sports media platform Nazara Technologies Limited has completed a $49.2 million financing round. The company's valuation reached $230 million in this round, with participation from SBI Mutual Fund, SBI Magnum Global Fund, and SBI Technology Opportunities Fund.
Nazara announced that it will use the new funds to invest in new businesses such as esports and blockchain gaming, as well as strategically acquire and invest in some gaming and sports media companies.
