To be eligible for the giveaway, you must be an Australian resident and a registered Binance user.
Each Eligible Entry will be designated a corresponding numbered ticket and a randomised draw will select one (1) winner (the “Winner”) using a certified randomising tool from the pool of valid Entries.
The Winner will receive a Tesla Model 3 Performance valued at $84,900 AUD or may select to receive a cash prize of $80,000 AUD instead.
To be eligible for Promotion A of the Tesla Model 3 Performance giveaway, users must complete the sign up and account verification on Binance Australia before 20/4/2022 11:59 PM AEST; and trade a minimum of AU $50 before 20/4/2022 11:59 PM AEST.
To be eligible for Promotion B of the Tesla Model 3 Performance giveaway, participants must have referred at least 1 new user to successfully sign up and complete account verification; and referees must trade a minimum of AU $50 across any spot trading pairs during the promotion period.
Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 and who have fulfilled the requirements set out below. This campaign will not be eligible for South Australia residents.
The winner will be notified by an email from Binance Australia within fourteen (14) days after the promotion period and the winner must respond and claim their prize within fourteen (14) business days upon receipt of the notification email. If for any reason, the winner does not provide an Australian address after 3 months, the prize will be classed ‘unclaimed’ and redrawn.
